INTRODUCTION

The AIHPA is proud to announce a very exciting opportunity to work with Nosler with a commitment, through Nioa, for significant support of bullets supply to the benefit of the AIHPA, all its members and, most importantly, the sport.

 

Nosler produce a range of “Custom Competition” bullets specifically aimed at the discriminate competitive target shooter.  These bullets have proved many times to be superior to many other bullets by most of AIHPA’s best shooters, amongst others.

The AIHPA are proud to announce a significant buying arrangement to save lots of money to its members (AIHPA members ONLY) by way of significant discounts.  Some bullets are a little cheaper, and others are significantly cheaper.

 

 

 

DISCLAIMER

This arrangement is in good faith to all AIHPA members.  Errors may occur, and there will be no responsibility for such errors, but every reasonable step will be taken to fulfil order requirements with equal enthusiasm and without prejudice.  All buyers must rely on their own enquiries and investigations, and work with AIHPA and its Nosler supplier in the best interests of AIHPA and the Nosler supplier.

 

In the interests of this arrangement, a “member” is a person who is a current and financial member of the Australian International High Power Association Inc.

 

 

CONDITIONS

Before shopping, please read and understand the following very important issues.

 

a) All dealings for the purchase/supply of bullets is via Graham Smith, of The Gunsmiths and arranged by email only nosler@aihpa.com

 

You will be required to advise:

- Your order requirements (part number and qty).

- Return email address.

- AIHPA Membership number and expiry date.

- Daytime contact phone number to arrange payment details etc.

- Meet location and date (per calendar) you would like the bullets collected.  If another member is collecting for you, advise details.

 

b) There is no guarantee to supply in any time frame, as there is no guarantee of stock being available at the time of order.  Orders will be fulfilled as soon as stock is available.  Because this is a new agreement, supply may be a couple of months given the time of year and we are new to this arrangement.  Things will improve…with time.

 

c) All prices are subject to change based on availability at the time of the order, time of delivery, and all relevant price affecting factors over these times (exchange rates, carriage rates, taxes, etc).

 

d) Orders are only accepted by written email to nosler@aihpa.com or by face to face arrangement with our distributor, Graham Smith.

 

e) All payment of orders must be 100% in advance.  Orders without pre-payment will NOT be accepted.

 

f) Cancellation of orders will not be accepted, and there are NO refunds.  Once ordered, the stock is yours.  If there is a qty shortage, and the stock can be sold to another party, you will be credited the pre-payment (note a possible stock handling fee may apply).

 

g) Payment methods:

- via credit card (VISA or Mastercard only).

            - cash.

            - or as agreed with the dealer directly.

 

h) There will be NO shipment (post, or other) of orders.  All collections will be in person with Graham Smith at sanctioned AIHPA events (there are plenty of them), as arranged by Graham directly.  By all means, if you are located in another state, or in a far out rural area, and cannot regularly attend meets (we hope that you will), then you may organised to have the product collected by another member.  Please advise these details when e-mailing your order.

 

i) There is no minimum or maximum box quantities any member may order.  However members are expected to order for their own requirements only, or make it clear the qty of boxes is being spread among other members.  In the case where an extraordinary quantity of boxes of a bullet is requested, while a number of backorders for that bullet by other members exists, we reserve the right to spread the available boxes of bullets amongst the backorders in the best interest of our members and our sport.

 

 

BULLETS AVAILABLE

The following bullets ONLY are available.  Although Nosler produce many bullets, AIHPA only has access to the NCC range of bullets, in line with the AIHPA’s aims and objectives.
