This rifle is simply a more worked over and customised version of the 6.5 Tikka rifle on this site.  The additions/differences of this rifle to 6.5 Tikka are:

            - 4-way Adjustable butt plate,

            - Bolt extension knob,

            - Free float aluminium tube with accessory rail (the forend of stock was cut down)

            - Centra adjustable front sight and block combination, with adjustable sight iris and shades,

            - Handstop/counter weight,

            - Pistol grip hand grip mods (simply body filler held around the std grip and allows to set).

Although this rifle may look expensive, it certainly isn't much more costly to produce than the basic T3 rifle previously.  The purchase of an economical front sight simply allows anybody to build this rifle under the $2000 price tag, provided some of the work is done by self.
